How to set up automatic alerts

  1. Click Download All Deadlines (.ics) above to get all your deadlines in one file.
  2. Open Google Calendar → Settings → Import & Export.
  3. Select the downloaded .ics file and import it.
  4. Each deadline includes a 24-hour reminder alert automatically — you'll get a notification the day before every due date.
  5. Re-download after adding new deadlines to keep your calendar up to date.
